1.   The student acknowledges that all lectures and materials are licensed for personal use only. Student agrees not to duplicate any course material or loan audio or video devices or lectures to any other individual. The lectures may not be played for others in any public or private facility. The student acknowledges that any deposit forfeiture does not constitute a purchase of the lectures, or a release of license for use to anyone other than the student, and that the course materials may not be redistributed to any other person.

2.    As part of the Enrollment Fee for a traditional (not Online) Course, the student authorizes a deposit of $300 for course materials. This amount is part of the course charge as shown on the Order Page. A refund of $150 will be paid by check if the iPod or iTouch device is returned within 30 days after the bar exam date noted on this Form. Failure to return the device within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and waiver of any Pass Guarantee. *Online students do not need to pay a deposit.

3.   The student acknowledges that the use of the mentoring services, books, audio and video lectures and/or online material is ONLY for the administration of the bar review course for the date shown on this form. If the student does not take the bar exam on the date shown on this form, student may defer ONE TIME ONLY until the next subsequent bar exam date and retain the materials and be entitled to assistance as selected above with payment of $495. Deferral requests must be made in writing prior to 30 days before the Bar Exam date noted on this form. Any request made within 30 days before the exam or after the test are subject to a Retake fee at prevailing course prices.  Once a deferral has been requested, no services will be provided until the required additional fee has been paid.
